Taskenger has gone international


The Norwegian Investment Company Byggleverandorene which invests in companies operating in the Baltic States, acting through its Lithuanian subsidiary 63 Group, acquired 40 % of the shares of Taskenger, a Lithuanian provider of mobile solutions. This year the company intends to create 15 new workplaces and enter the Scandinavian market.

“Having become an international company we gained financial stability, which sends a message to our customers that Taskenger is a reliable company from both short-term and long-term perspective,. commented Žydrūnas Andruška, the General Manager of Taskenger.

Byggleverandorene owns 7 companies in Lithuania, including Fauga, a manufacturer of windows, doors, and gates, Venta Windows, a manufacturer of windows and doors, and Dipolis, a website development service provider.. The Group employs over 420 people. Its annual turnover exceeds 110 million Lithuanian Litas.
